About the Excursion
Reconnect with the stars outside the city with the Astro Astana project: the Milky Way, galaxies and nebulae, constellation mythology, and star navigation — far from city lights, in the fresh steppe air.
What to Expect
The Astro Astana project invites you on an out-of-town astronomy excursion — a true reconnection with the stars far from city lights. Away from light pollution, the Milky Way, galaxies, and nebulae become clearly visible, while your guide shares constellation mythology and teaches star navigation as you breathe in the fresh steppe air.
Individual viewings and trips for small groups of 10 or more are available, with format and price arranged separately.
Excursions depend strictly on weather conditions, so dates are set just 1–2 days before the event.
