Saksaul is a unique restaurant that opens a new page in the gastronomic life of Astana. The philosophy of the establishment is based on a modern interpretation of Kazakh and Central Asian cuisine using fresh local products and original culinary techniques.
The chef and team of the Saksaul restaurant created a tasting menu of several stages, where each dish tells the history of the region and conveys cultural heritage through taste. The menu features both traditional Kazakh dishes - beshbarmak, dishes made from horse meat, lamb and camel meat - and modern interpretations of the classics, complemented by signature appetizers, desserts and a carefully selected wine list.
