The Congress Center is a multifunctional cultural and entertainment facility with a total area of 43,200 sq.m. It has three floors above ground and an underground parking lot for 179 cars.


The facility offers extensive opportunities for hosting international congresses, forums, conferences, official events, as well as sports and cultural activities. The main hall covers an area of 3,000 sq.m and accommodates 2,102 visitors, with 1,610 seats located on telescopic retractable stands. The Congress Center includes eight conference halls for press conferences and meetings. Each hall can accommodate between 100 and 600 people, with areas ranging from 170 sq.m to 688 sq.m. Official receptions are traditionally held in the VIP hall "ASPAN" with panoramic windows.


The hall accommodates 300 people and covers an area of 780 sq.m. The spacious lobby of the Congress Center, with an area of 2,300 sq.m, is ideal for organizing exhibitions, fairs, receptions, and banquets.
