Qazaq Gourmet is a unique restaurant that has opened a new page in the gastronomic history of Kazakhstan. His philosophy is based on a modern interpretation of national cuisine using local ingredients and signature techniques.

The brand chef and the Qazaq Gourmet team created the “Omir” tasting set of 11 courses, where each dish tells the history of the people and conveys cultural heritage through taste. The menu includes both traditional dishes - beshbarmak, horse meat, lamb and camel - and modern interpretations of the classics, complemented by gourmet appetizers, desserts and a rich wine list.
