The State Theatre named after Azerbaijan Mambetov

After the international exhibition «EXPO» in 2017, a plan for the further use of the exhibition complex "Energy Hall" was presented, the concert hall was handed over to the youth on behalf of the city administration in support of youth in connection with the initiative of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Year of Youth. Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan T.Kabatov, known for his projects for young people, was appointed head of the state municipal public enterprise "Nomad City Hall", which opened on November 1, 2018. Despite the fact that Nomad City Hall, under the leadership of Kabatov Tursynbek Amangalievich, the Cultural Center, recognized by the capital's public, hosts national and world-class forums, festivals uniting the youth of the world and Kazakhstan, festive concerts with the support of the Akimat of Astana, meetings in various fields. In addition, the youngest theater in the capital is an enterprise. In 2020, the company, which united public, creative youth, with the support of the then mayor of Astana A.Kulgin and on the initiative of T.Kabatov, received the name of AZERBAIZHAN MAMBETOV, who created a "golden era" in the history of the Kazakh theater and became a star of stage cinema. Kazakh theatrical figures, students of A. Mambetov, provided special support in assigning the name of Halyk kaharmany to the theater group.

The repertoire of the theater, which has become a favorite of residents of the capital and guests of the city, includes 22 performances that penetrate the hearts of viewers of different genres, instill humanity, solidarity, spiritually enrich the human soul, and are filled with interesting and touching impressions. In addition, the named performances "Abai.tv " it is broadcast on a cultural and educational TV channel. As the most famous actor of the comedy genre in the country, the head of the theater actively supports young talents. Currently, 80% of young people work in our theater.
