In the very center of the left bank of Astana there is a gallery of contemporary art "FORTE KULANSHI ART SPACE" - the side project of the Center for Contemporary Art "KULANSHI."
Convenient location and organic integration into urban life made the exhibition space one of the main cultural places of the capital city.
Created in partnership with ForteBank in 2016, the gallery promotes current trends in contemporary Kazakh art and implements large significant joint projects with art institutions, Kazakhs and international organizations. The FORTE KULANSHI ART SPACE concept meets the Bank's priority areas of social activity to support education and social development.
Exhibitions, which organized by the "KULANSHI" Art Center and held throughout the year, continuously replacing each other. Both famous artists and beginner artists of Kazakhstan and foreign countries may take part in personal and group projects.
A distinctive feature of the gallery is the organization of huge exhibitions with a large number of works of art that visitors can purchase for their collections. For each exposition, the Curatorial Council carefully selects works and builds the unique architecture of the exhibition, as well as attaches a virtual price list, which can be immediately found in the hall.
"FORTE KULANSHI ART SPACE" helps to expand the target audience interested in art, implements the support of established artists and the discovery of new names, and also popularizes the work of Kazakh and foreign authors.
