The hospital of the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was opened in Nur-Sultan in 1997 in connection with the transfer of the capital of Kazakhstan from Almaty.

The main goal of the Hospital is to provide specialized and high-tech medical care to civil servants and certain categories of citizens assigned for special services to the Republic of Kazakhstan. Medical services can also be received by everyone on a paid basis.

Currently, the Hospital provides 1,444 types of medical services, there are more than 900 names of medical and diagnostic and auxiliary equipment of world-famous companies. In 2018, the number of visits was 575,497.
