Lyrical evening _“Kundelik_”, dedicated to the work of Mukagali Makataev!

Mukagali Makataev is an outstanding Kazakh poet. Many of his poems can also be heard in music, and his translations of works  by Shakespeare, Dante, Pushkin and Blok were included in the Golden Fund of Literature. His fiery, piercing lines, full of tragedy, are called the pinnacle of Russian poetry, and Makataev_’s work is known and loved, in the literal sense, from young to old.
