Social support and improving the quality of life for citizens with special needs is one of the main priorities of state policy.
On the eve of the Day of Persons with Disabilities, Kazakhstan announced the "Culture without Borders" promotion.
As part of this promotion, which will take place from October 13 to December 31, 2024, citizens with special needs in groups I, II, and III will be able to visit the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan and attend events organized by state cultural and entertainment institutions free of charge.
The goal of the promotion is to enhance accessibility to cultural facilities for people with disabilities, ensure their integration into the cultural life of the country, and draw public attention to their challenges.
