The park of lovers "Zhastar Sayabagy" was created in 2005. In the center of the park you can see the sculpture “Bakytym Menin” (My happiness) Erbolat Tolepbaya, where the author embodied the most tender feelings of young lovers. In 2006, a fountain composition of Gabriela von Habsburg was opened in the park, consisting of 16 horseshoes depicting four horses running in four directions of the world, thereby recalling that Kazakhstan is developing in all directions of the world, open to the whole world, horseshoes are installed on the symbolic wheel is the unification of all nations in their movement forward.
