“Kok Turikter_” (Heavenly Turks) is a work written by the artistic director of the ethno-ensemble, cultural figure Sholpan Korganbek. Inspired by the history of an ancient tribe that wandered for thousands of years from the Altai mountains to the Caspian Sea, which became the forerunner of the Kazakh ethnic group, the composer put all her creative baggage and instruments into her music. Other author_’s works by Sholpan Korganbek _“Tokym Kagar_”, _“Tortkul Tumeni_”, _“Sultan Beybarys_”, _“Amanat_” will also be performed.
