Oceanarium "Ailand"

The first in Kazakhstan, as well as the only one in the world, listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the most remote Aquarium fr om the seas and oceans, more than 3000 kilometers.

The capacity of the Aquarium is 3 million liters of water, wh ere almost 3,000 marine life live, representing more than 100 species of marine fauna from different parts of the earth. The inhabitants of the fresh waters of South America and Southeast Asia, the coastal zone of deep water and coral reefs are represented in different zones.

The aquarium consists of three large exhibition areas with 20 aquariums of various sizes. The main attraction of the Aquarium is a large aquarium along the bottom of which a 70-meter transparent tunnel made of acrylic glass with a thickness of 7 cm passes equipped with a movable path.

Thanks to the various forms of aquariums, it is possible to observe the life of fish in an approximate natural habitat and monitor the feeding process of predatory fish.
The vital activity of the Aquarium is supported by a unique system of preparation, maintenance and purification of water. Prepared with red sea salt, the water is regularly cleaned in a closed-loop system and does not require draining.
